1. Acceptance

By using Glow Wellness (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What Glow Wellness is

Glow Wellness provides educational skin-wellness guidance that blends Ayurvedic tradition with general dermatological information — including AI-assisted skin analysis, personalized natural routines, face yoga, and progress tracking. It is a wellness tool, not a medical service.

3. Not medical advice

Content and AI output are for general information only and are not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or physician for any skin condition, before starting new ingredients, or if you experience a reaction. Patch-test natural remedies before full use.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

5. Payments

Premium features are optional, one-time unlocks paid via UPI and verified manually. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Because access is granted on manual verification, please keep your UPI reference (UTR). For payment questions or refund requests, email glowwellness.skin@gmail.com. Refunds are considered case-by-case where a feature was charged but not delivered.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; and only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to share.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and branding are owned by Glow Wellness. You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Wellness is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from reliance on the guidance provided.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
